What was your first job?
My first job was as a Database Administrator at a FinTech company. It was a humble beginning where I learned valuable qualities like hard work, resilience, and dedication.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
The best employees are those who maintain a healthy work-life balance. Hard work is important but so is taking care of yourself. Also, I’d encourage my younger self to continuously evaluate and explore new skills that can support long-term growth.
What impact do you hope to make with your role?
I aim to drive innovation through modern tools and technologies, especially those supported by artificial intelligence. My goal is to build a high-performing DevOps culture focused on continuous integration and deployment—using tools like Jenkins, deployment pipelines, and environment-wide automation. By implementing scalable cloud solutions, infrastructure automation, and proactive monitoring tools, we can enable real-time insights, predictive analysis, and on-demand scalability.
